The Pfefferbauer is leaded by Monika and Anton Pfeffer junior, but Rosi and Anton Pfeffer senior are keen on answering your questions and satisfying a wish every now and then. The ladies and gentlemen from the tourist office in Zell am See will help you with your personally plans of your vacation.

The tourist office is located at the Brucker Bundesstrasse 1a, Phone Number +43 6542 / 770.

Business hours tourist office: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In case of fire you will find a fire drencher in every floor.

Please look up the emergency exit. Plans of the exits you will find at your apartment/room.

We would appreciate to provide you a cot with clothes and a chair.

If you have forgotten anything for your child, we will try to help you.

We have a little room to play for our little guests. You will find it on the first floor.

To all parents, please releave the room tidy and do not damage our furnitures. Thank you! Besides we have also games for nice playing evenings at our restaurant or for your apartment/room. Please just ask for them.

We have a little hut for waste at our pass next to the house. Please separate glass, paper, boxes, plastic and organic waste!

Please do not smoke at our apartments and rooms!

For Smokers we have located an ashtray at the balcony.

Please ask for cleaning and hovering.

We are closed on Monday!

Please watch your key of the apartment/room and keep until your departure.

The key opens the back door. Please block it from 10.p.m on.
